Dave Rice is one of four founders of Critical Link LLC, a leading provider of embedded solutions. In addition to his role as principal and vice president, Rice serves as the technical director for the company. He has more than 35 years of experience in embedded system design and development specializing in data collection systems, DSP algorithms, data communications systems, hardware & software design. Prior to founding Critical Link in 1997, Rice held senior engineering positions at General Electric, IBM and Saab Sensis Corporation. He holds several patents, a bachelor's of engineering science from Penn State University and a master's degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University.
